We have a fantastic opportunity for a Advisory Services SME (24 Month - FTC) to join the Digital Strategy Programme and be part of shaping the future solutions strategy to support the Advisory, Delivery, Finance and People business functions. This programme will focus on combining people, process, data and technology to create an overarching operating model for each of our core business solutions. We're offering up to £65k DOE, along with flexible working and an annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The role will report to the Business Performance and Insight Partner with matrix management to the Digital Strategy Project Manager. This is a business-facing role, where the individual must be comfortable dealing with senior business stakeholders, other SMEs, and end-users. You will form part of the Advisory workstream of the wider programme, core focus will be on ensuring that future core business systems have the capability the Advisory function needs to operate efficiently. We need to meet current requirements and plan capacity for future growth, where the business core system solution do not offer capability the roles will be responsible for delivering additional modules or additional systems integrated with the core solution.
You Will :
Coordinate AM service delivery and operational management.
Utilise commercial and financial acumen to aid decision making that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Structure transactional workflows and reporting capability effectively within the Property Management system.
Deliver additional integrated system capability where core functionality does not meet our business needs
Play a critical role in building our new operating model, focusing on the integration and optimisation of Property Management systems with business processes
Support the selection of our future property technology solution(s).
What you will bring to the role:
Good working knowledge of core property management systems
The ability to develop systems to meet functional needs ensuring data integration across platforms to support portfolio analysis, and cross functional collaboration.
Integration of non core systems or portals to support our business functions
Good understanding of audit and control processes
Integrating Property and Asset Management with other business system
Designing, implementing and managing first line controls within a governance framework
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
