Requirements: Proven experience as a PA/Executive PA Needs to be a professional and positive person who is capable of and good with engagement (Peoples person /approachable) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Experience of understanding Financial info like costings will count in your favor Previous experience working for a COO in a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial Excellent communication skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Needs to be adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks Be able to handle fast paced environments Availability to travel Own vehicle would be beneficial Creative Reliable, patient, self motivated Punctual Key Responsibilities: Needs to Greet and welcome any guests/clients/anyone coming for appointments Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Office phone on hand Answering all calls and messages Conduct research and compile information as needed. Prepare and organize documents and reports. Ensure office is in mint condition 24/7 (Anything maintenance related to this) Accounts assist Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
