Senior Fitter and Turner
We are looking for a Senior Fitter and Turner to join our client's team in the Engineering/Manufactring sector.
The ideal candidate should have a recognized trade test and minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally being able to mentor junior staff and apprentices.
As a Senior Fitter and Turner, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment
- Conducting repairs and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Ensuring all work is completed to high quality and safety standards
