Minimum Requirements - Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Manager in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
Science or Equivalent NQF level 7 qualification required - Excellent understanding of Lean Manufacturing principals
- Strong Technical aptitude
- Understanding of Quality and Health and Safety Standards
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Kaizen | Six Sigma and Similar Improvement Initiatives
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
Salary Structure - Annual CTC of up to R 1.2 Million, negotiable based on experience
