Regional Personnel (HR) Officer (Cape Town - W.Cape Region) Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment and selection with a specific focus on store placements.
- Provide HR support to both Area- and Store Management (Recruitment, Staff Development, Training, IR, etc.).
- Implementation of the Groups HR Strategy.
- Conduct regular weekly in-store visits (including scheduled weekend visits).
- Facilitation of (in-house) virtual training programmes.
- Effectively manage HR administration (including Time & Attendance / Leave) for your region, including Manpower Expenses (incl. Salaries, Overtime, etc.)
- Labour Relations (incl. CCMA representation).
Key Skills and Attributes: - Tertiary qualification (HR/Behavioural Sciences)
- 2 years HR Generalist experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communicator
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal relations
- Drivers License (essential)
- Ability to work weekends- and travel (locally)
