Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- HR experience, minimum 2-5 years within a senior role
- Financial services industry experience
- Skills Development experience
- In-Depth knowledge of various South African Labour legislation e.g.: BCEA. LRA, SD, FSC code and EE
- Interaction with Senior and Executive management

Summary:
The HR Business Partner Role requires someone who is able to support the COO and CFO in driving HR best practices and human capital development. The HRBP will report directly to the CFO/COO and will be responsible for supporting the directors in recruitment, developing employees and focusing on developing and implementing strategies to retain top talent within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing HR Strategy that is aligned to the companys values, promoting an organizational culture, employee productivity and wellness, collaboration, teamwork, excellence, superior service, transparency, diversity, accountability, innovation and
- As part of the company commitment to talent retention, create development plans for all employees by engaging with employees on a regular basis and provide coaching to employees where applicable.
- Developing and updating job profiles for all positions in the
- Ensure all employee related matters are dealt with in a sensitive and respectful manner.
- Assist Directors with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews with Directors, conduct exit interviews, assess and evaluate candidates for select positions, drafting offer letters and maintain related
- Conduct and coordinate new employee onboarding to ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, employee benefits and the probationary review
- Coordinate all internal and external training
- Manage the Learnership programme and ensure timeous annual
- Manage the CE programme and ensure timeous annual
- A participate in the Employment Equity Committee and Social and Ethics Committee.
- Collaborating with Finance in ensuring BBB-EE scorecard requirements are
- Update HR policies for the copmany that is aligned with best practice and the Labour Relations
- Prepare HR related documents and ensure compliance with all relevant
- Preparation, submission and administering of EE reports, Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training
- May be required to assist with liaising with various employee benefit providers and foster effective relationships and address all employee queries
- Maybe required to assist with contacting recruiters and psychometrics service
- If applicable, monitor proceedings of disciplinary hearings with the appointed independent chair by guiding management to ensure fairness and consistency in all disciplinary
- Submissions and Administration of IOD claims to the Compensation
- Responsible for keeping up to date with all Department of Labour Gazettes and ensure timeous implementation of compulsory requirements within the
- Responsible for driving all CSI related initiatives for the firm, e.g., company Education Trust.
- Assist with Labour Department requested audits.
- Other adhoc administrative and compliance related tasks.
