As a Business Analyst you focus on business improvements and project successes , guide businesses in enhancing processes and efficiency by making actionable recommendations.
A bridge between IT and business stakeholders, you ensure that all parties collaborate effectively to achieve the best results using data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Use various techniques to gather business needs from stakeholders through elicitation.
Craft detailed User stories, outlining the work required to meet overall business requirements.
Create process maps to help end-users validate business requirements, identify improvements, and drive out inefficiencies.
Drive and complete multiple types of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Show a passion for quality, driving all quality steps in the project lifecycle.
Emphasize systems and data, with the ability to delve into code.
Have a deep understanding of business processes and how the system functions.
Qualifications
Suitable tertiary qualification.
Relevant Salesforce certification in at least one Salesforce cloud.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
Experience in at least one large and multiple medium projects with a full implementation cycle.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with various teams.
