Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications or a Masters degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies is preferred.
- A hands-on approach with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities: - HR Strategy Development & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Drive the development and implementation of HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and support growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts high-caliber talent. Lead talent development, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations and addressing any concerns. Promote open communication and ensure alignment with the companys values and culture.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that include setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to optimize employee performance.
- HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company is compliant with all labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure that HR practices mitigate risks and align with industry standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Work with leadership to design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while being mindful of budgetary constraints.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Use HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Provide leadership with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
