Requirements: - Relevant degree or diploma.
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel .
- Experience in the web-based software development lifecycle .
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
- Experience in project planning and coordination .
- A solid understanding of HR processes is a significant advantage.
- Experience in business analysis within the HR sector is a plus.
- A technical background is beneficial but not essential.
Primary Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support to clients , ensuring they gain maximum value from the HR and Learning software solutions.
- Drive innovation by offering suggestions on how to enhance system use and streamline client processes.
- Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to gather business requirements.
- Configure the system to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Process Specifications.
- Provide consultation on HR-related matters in combination with the client's system.
- Offer post-implementation support , ensuring continued system success.
- Create and update training manuals and Quick Reference Guides for clients.
Secondary Responsibilities: - Assist with compiling Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
- Support project management activities throughout the software development process.
- Help develop test plans and assist with the testing of software to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Contribute to the training and mentoring of new team members.
