Job Title: Senior Draughtsman Airframe Systems

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a draughting role, within the aerospace or mechanical engineering industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA, with a solid understanding of airframe systems.
Beneficial requirements: - Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawing standards, and airframe structures.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create and update detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings of airframe components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret design specifications and produce accurate technical drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on all drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for project teams.
- Assist in design reviews, providing technical input and updates on project progress to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
