Job Summary:
Step into a pivotal leadership role where you will drive strategic direction and lead the charge in acquiring and managing customer relationships within the dynamic realm of Business Banking. As the Group Head, you will be at the forefront of fostering customer engagement, ensuring retention, and spearheading financial growth, all while minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement the Business Banking strategy to drive success.
- Marketing & Sales: Define and execute marketing and sales strategies tailored to the Business Banking Group.
- Product Development: Innovate and develop Business Banking products and services to meet market demands.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain existing relationships while developing new ones.
- Risk Management: Oversee the credit risk framework to safeguard the banks interests.
- Customer Insights: Develop a customer management framework driven by insightful marketing strategies.
- Financial Growth: Fund the bank with low-cost liabilities and achieve PCE, balance sheet, and other performance targets.
- Ambassadorial Role: Represent the entire group with excellence and integrity.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly MPR reports for the Executive Director BBD.
Specifications: - Education: First & Postgraduate Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Formal Training: Relevant professional certifications in Banking (e.g., ACIB or others).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years in a senior management role in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
