Role Overview:
As a Management Accountant with our team, youll play a vital role in analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and delivering insights that drive business success. This position requires a CIMA-qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience who excels at both technical financial management and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Develop and monitor budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on key projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in implementing efficiency improvements.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CIMA qualification is required.
- 5+ years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably within Manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., Syspro, ODBC).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
