Senior Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Manager
A dynamic nutritional brand headquartered in the UK, dedicated to transforming the nutrition industry, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to join their team remotely and be part of their journey to empower through wellness innovations.
You will be actively involved in crafting bespoke paid media strategies to skyrocket online growth, while continuously experimenting to deliver competitive ROAS metrics. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement extensive digital paid media plans to boost our online presence and stimulate business expansion.
- Analyse and interpret data gathered from social platforms, Google, and revenue reports to fine-tune and enhance campaigns, offering valuable insights for future improvements.
- Identify target demographics, gaining a deep understanding of their traits, behaviours, and media preferences.
- Develop and execute paid multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they exceed campaign goals and objectives.
- Interact with stakeholders to clearly convey the benefits of the digital paid media strategy, promoting awareness and comprehension.
- Build and nurture strong connections with clients and agency partners, fostering smooth cooperation to execute campaigns effectively.
- Closely observe paid media channels to ensure alignment with established objectives and goals.
- Perform detailed analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness, enabling adjustments as needed and offering insights to enhance future campaigns.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
- Demonstrated achievement over five years in the planning and execution of paid digital media campaigns.
- Prior experience in either the Direct To Consumer / e-commerce businesses.
- Holds GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification), offering a competitive advantage in analytics proficiency.
- Exhibits creativity by generating innovative ideas, possessing a strong design sense, and understanding the crucial role storytelling plays in engaging and inspiring consumers.
- Experience working in the health & wellness industry or a sincere passion for advocating holistic health.
Package & Remuneration
R35 000 - R50 000 / month (negotiable based on relevant experience)
16 annual leave days + SA public holidays
