We are looking for a talented Junior Zendesk Administrator with experience in setting up Zendesk from scratch, configuring APIs, and integrating data with PowerBI to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Zendesk from scratch, including workflows, automations, triggers, and custom fields.
- Customize Zendesk ticketing workflows, automation, macros, and triggers.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide training and support to teams on Zendesk functionalities.
- Ensure smooth API configuration between Zendesk and PowerBI for seamless data integration and reporting.
- Create and maintain detailed, insightful reports and dashboards in PowerBI to monitor key customer service metrics.
- Manage and customize Zendesk settings to meet business needs.
- Work with internal teams to optimize customer service processes and ensure Zendesk best practices are followed.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zendesk-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator, including setting up Zendesk from scratch.
- Strong understanding of Zendesk's workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI, including report creation, data visualization, and dashboard management.
- Experience with API configuration, particularly integrating Zendesk with PowerBI or other tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience in a customer service or support environment.
- Familiarity with other CRM tools or systems.
