We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Team Leader responsible for coaching and developing the team of Recruitment Consultants to ensure KPIs and targets are achieved or over achieved. In this role you will be motivating our team to increase revenue and improve profitability, whilst managing your own small desk.

Every day you will…
- Provide support to the team; acting as a mentor, fully onboarding new starters, regular on-the-job coaching, monthly 1-2-1s in collaboration with the UK representee, setting SMART objectives and personal development.
- Ensure all team members are working to maximum productivity, including call stats and overall performance.
- Be the first point of contact for sickness and absenteeism, keeping the levels for this low. Being a role model for the team, leading by example and displaying key Acacium Group values.
- Manage your own small desk.
- Drive performance within the teams, ensuring they are offering excellent customer service evidenced through good Viewpoint NPS scores. Leading by example on good CRM management and hitting KPI targets.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
- Experience managing sales driven teams (desired).
- Previous recruitment experience.
- The ability to drive and motivate teams to achieve KPIs.
- Knowledge or experience of the healthcare sector.
