We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be required to assist the Catering Manager in the day-to-day management tasks of providing a catering service to the required standards.

Minimum Requirements
- More than 3 years of cleaning supervisory experience
- Experience in the cleaning industry in a similar position
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery & signage
- Ability to communicate in English
- Experience with cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all contract-based staff are on duty as per contract requirements
- Ensure staff sign on duty daily and manage monthly rosters
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, and compassionate leave as per policy
- Ensure that all payroll information is submitted to the Catering Manager on time and correctly
- Ensure that contracts have necessary chemicals and working equipment as per contract requirements
- Order chemicals for the site on time and in line with budgets
- Conduct regular cleaning inspections and document inspections, ensuring any adverse findings are immediately fixed to standard and reported to the Catering Manager
- Be visible on site throughout the shift and not confined to the office
- Ensure all on-site Health and Safety protocols are in place and adhered to
- Build good working relationships with clients on site
- Manage staff on site and, where necessary, mentor, train, and discipline in line with company policies
- Ensure the Company reputation is held in the highest regard on sites and in the industry
