FINANCE MANAGER

Salary: R900 000 PA CTC
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactive management of financial and procurement function, identifying problems in advance
- Making strategic financial decisions for cost reductions and/or higher productivity
- Providing financial advice to support the company’s financial objectives
- Involvement in creating business plans and improving internal processes
- Financial planning and analysis
- Budget preparations and compilations in consultation with the MD
- Forecasting
- Analysis of financial data
- Preparing and reviewing of financial statements to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Preparing and compiling of monthly/quarterly documentation for financial reporting at board meetings
- Preparing of submissions and feasibility studies on long term capital projects
- Cashflow Management
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years’ relevant financial managerial experience
- Relevant B Hons degree in Accounting or Financial Management with additional completed Financial Management courses
- Risk management
- Reducing shareholder debt
