Stock / Store Room Controller
Location: Large Control / Security Manufacturing Company based in Menlyn, Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving, offloading, unpacking, counting, and verifying all supplier inbound deliveries.
- Dispatching, loading, packing, counting, and verifying all customer outbound deliveries and returns.
- Storage and labelling of warehouse stock.
- Administering and transacting the warehouse management functions system on the in-house stock system.
- Handing out and collecting back tools – Vacuums.
- Ensuring availability of consumable stock.
- Recording the date and time received and signing the relevant paperwork.
- Ensuring the efficient and professional running of the stock room in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepping & packing of stock daily to be distributed to clients or other branches via courier.
- Preparation of stock for installations – stock to be prepped in accordance with company standards.
- Keeping the stock room in an organized and presentable condition; all areas should be cleaned on a regular basis.
- Completing any paperwork as instructed, in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring all filing is kept up-to-date and in good order.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must have a driver's license.
- 1 Year warehousing and storeroom experience.
Package & Remuneration
R8,000.00 - R11,000.00
