Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a US territory, utilizing proactive recruitment techniques.
- Attract, approach, and engage with medical and healthcare professionals within your specific healthcare specialization and patch.
- Inherit an existing book of clients and candidates jobs to fill immediately.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, while generating new business opportunities.
- Operate in a warm seat environment, maintaining our market-leading reputation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Exposure to recruitment as a 360/180-degree recruiter non-negotiable.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial / agency background.
- Business development skills are considered desirable.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: Basic of R20,000 – R30,000 per month DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
Commission Structure in place.
