Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sector
- Experienced in managing projects from inception to final stage
- Project Management certification is a definite plus!
- Plan & manage projects in line with best practices
- Skilled in liaising with key stakeholders and driving innovation to achieve project success
- Strong commercial and business acumen to navigate and leverage project dynamics effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes and manage conflicts
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the agility to master new systems quickly.
