Multi Trade Operative Leicestershire £25.00 per hour + Van + Fuel Card Multi Trade Operatives required to start work for an East Midlands based housing associationWorks will predominantly be in and around Leicestershire however travel to surrounding counties may be requiredLong term temporary contract with the potential to become permanentYou will be responsible for carrying out day to day reactive maintenance in social housingWork will be in occupied properties so previous experience working in a similar environment is requiredIdeally you will have a trade related qualification (NVQ Level 2 minimum in either Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering)You must have a valid driving licenseCompany van & fuel card will be providedYou will also require an in date DBS, asbestos awareness and working at heights (can be completed prior to starting)Working Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours paid per week)Possibility of out of hours rota/overtime TBC
