A well-established and successful M&E Contractor based in Newtownabbey is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team. Having recently secured several new projects, this company is known for delivering high-quality M&E Design and Build projects across Northern Ireland and the UK.
Your new role
This role involves managing, monitoring, and successfully delivering Electrical Contracts for clients across various sectors, including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Large-Scale Residential. Regular travel to mainland UK will be required, typically 1-3 nights per week, or as dictated by project needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this role, you must be fully qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation or hold an HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related Building Services discipline. While previous contracts management experience is desirable, Electrical Site Managers/Supervisors with experience on large commercial projects will also be considered. Strong communication skills, proficient IT skills, and a full driving licence are essential.
