Your new role
Joining a stable team, as Contracts Manager you will report directly to the Contracts Director and work alongside other management teams.This role will see you take on responsibility for multiple projects ranging in size and value, focusing specifically on bespoke piling contracts across the UK & Ireland. With 80% of their workload based in Ireland, this role will see you primarily based in their modern offices in County Down. You will manage client expectations, sit on tender and progress meetings, work closely with design and commercial teams, and ensure each project is carried out to the highest standard and quality, while ensuring safe practices are being maintained by your site teams.With some travel required, you will be afforded the chance to manage your own diary and carry out site visits as required, which involve minimal travel outside of Ireland.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require a driven individual who has experience of working within the civil engineering sector, and ideally has civil, construction or mechanical qualifications.You will be able to commute to the office in County Down and travel if required (no overnights). If you have experience of piling or supervising piling work, that would be advantageous, but exposure to civils work will be essential.You will also be required to have experience of planning work and, ideally, have used ASTA Powerproject, however other planning software will still be considered.Suited to be a committed and driven individual who can organise work and manage multiple projects, the right individual will be well rewarded for their time and efforts.

This role will offer you an attractive salary which will be negotiable on experience, but will be circa £55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance or company car, as you prefer.
