Senior Landscape architect - salary circa £70,000 - Nottinghamshire
Your new company Established in 1999, my client is a customer-focused planning, environment, and design consultancy with extensive experience in adding value to a range of development schemes. They work with various building material, minerals & waste, commercial and residential clients amongst others.
It's an exciting time currently, they are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to support the Permitting director, and develop this department going forward.
Their other departments offer various planning and environmental services that work closely together to give a comprehensive service to their clients.
Your new role
As a Landscape Architect, you will be trusted to:
- Perform Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other authorities on a daily basis.
- Manage multiple projects at a time.
- Manage and mentor a team of your own.
- Attend site meetings.
- Work with clients on a variety of schemes.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will need:
- To be a chartered Landscape Architect.
- Have a varied portfolio of work that includes restoration schemes.
- Have experience with public enquiries (Preferred).
- A degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Have proficiency using AutoCAD and LSS.
Anyone that does not have RTW status or is not currently living in the UK will not be considered for this position.
