Your new role
You'll be tasked with taking the lead on projects, bringing them from concept design through to completion stage - effectively managing other members of the design team, chairing design meetings, ensuring deadlines and programme markers are met as are client expectations. You'll be part of the public face of the studio, acting as an ambassador at all times - expected to be a professional 'flag-bearer' at all times, you'll also work with the wider team in growing the business, continuing success, and pioneering new technologies / methodologies in the pursuit of continual improvement and growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an ARB Registered Architect with 1-2 years Post Qualification Experience, with a project delivery background ideally in on of the sectors listed in the introduction. You'll be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit, with wider skills in SketchUp, Lumion, EnScape also desirable. You'll have solid technical and problem-solving skills, and the appetite to build a long-term career in a local studio, and be part of their future journey.
