Working Foreperson role with a special fit out contractor based in Co. Down

Due to continual growth and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Working Foreperson to join their team. They provide their services across multiple sectors such as retail, commercial, hospitality and residential, across the UK & Ireland. Your new role
You will be joining a fantastic team. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of the projects that you are involved with. This role will involve getting hands on with the installation of interior fit out projects. You will be liaising with senior management and the client throughout projects while also being the representative on site for the company. You will be mainly supporting the contract manager to guarantee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within timeframe; budget and that all health & safety is adhered to throughout by the company and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have a minimum of 2 years of experience of site joinery on interior fit out projects. Particularly experience of working on high-end projects with a quick turnaround time. The successful candidate will be required to hold at least one of the following; a valid CSR card, SSSTS certified or be SMSTS qualified. It is desirable to have experience managing subcontractor teams and on-site workforces & processes. You will need to be able to act on your own initiative and be able to effectively communicate with the wider team to achieve project completion within budget and timeframe.
