Customer Service Advisor
At Hays, we are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Salary - £25000
Monday to Friday
Permanent role
Supporting the General Manager in all administrative duties
Answering telephones and emails
Allocate courtesy cars to customers
Liaising with and updating customers throughout the repair process
Liaising with Insurance Companies
Understanding how to handle all types of the Company's claims processes and procedures - insurer/fleet/in-house/retail
To administer cash, credit card payments and banking
To arrange deliveries and collections of vehicles with the relevant documentation in place
Filing and cleansing of systems and data
To ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are adhered to
This is for a motor company, so experience within the industry is preferred.
A clean driving licence is essential.
