A housing company based in South-West London is looking for a temporary Administrator to join their team over the next few months during the busy Christmas period. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award-winning company.
Your new role
Below is a list of daily responsibilities -
- Obtaining quotes for new systems from the companies' suppliers
- Ensuring all annual inspections are carried out, ensuring compliancy with GDPR
- Ensuring all equipment is audited
- Managing and responding to complaints
- Ensuring all application submissions are managed and responded to
- Supporting the team with estate security and safety inspection visits
- Ensuring case reviews have appropriate timelines
- Receiving and managing reports from internal and external customers
- General administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have previous administrative experience. You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload and be able to accurately input data into internal systems. You will work well within a team and independently.
What you'll get in return This is a temporary position until the 20th of December and is paying the temporary hourly equivalent of £29,571. You will work Monday - Thursday 9-5:15pm and Friday 9-5pm (36 hours per week). You will be fully office based for the first few weeks, but once settled you will move onto a hybrid working model.
