Your new roleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes.
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably within the public sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
