Temporary Administration Assistant
We are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our clients' team as an Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems
- Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures
- Maintain accurate computer and paper-based records, logging distributed documents
- Process responses to documents issued
- Chase responses to documents issued where required
- Administer requests for information and conduct periodic archiving
- Stay up to date with all company policies and procedures, industry legislation, and guidance applicable to your subject field
