- Provide support and solutions to clients and customers
- Perform all processes and procedures in line with documentation
- Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage fully with clients, understanding their business, challenges they face, and how to support them
- Deliver proactive management of the services provided to clients by identifying and resolving issues quickly and implementing permanent solutions
Preferred Experience:
- Evidence of customer service and customer relationship background
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of client satisfaction
- Good communication skills
