A well-established organisation based in Northumberland is looking for a self-motivated, organised customer service professional to join their sales team for a temporary period of 3 months. They are looking for someone with previous experience in sales or customer service who is available at short notice.
Your new role
High-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call listsPromote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to generate salesIdentify sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needsFollow up on potential leads and maintain relationships to convert them into salesMaintain accurate records of all customer interactionsProvide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar customer service/sales roleExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong sales and negotiation skillsAbility to handle objectionsSelf-motivated, with a results-driven mindsetAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
