Senior Administrator job in Carluke
Your new company
Based in Carluke, our client is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm and there is flexibility on the start and finish times. It is advisable, although not essential, that applicants have access to their own transport.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Directors, this is an exciting role in which you will undertake a range of responsibilities. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to; acting as first point of contact for the team, booking travel and accomodation, processing expenses, setting up new suppliers on the system, invoicing, payment runs, handling queries, reporting for management and general finance and HR administration responsibilities. The directors are also keen for you to undertake project tasks, contributing to the excellent variety this role has to offer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similarly varied administration role. You will have excellent communication skills as you will liaise with clients, suppliers and management on a daily basis via telephone, email and face to face. You will have a team player attitude, but you must also be comfortable working to your own initiative as this is an independent role. You will enjoy multitasking and utilising your diverse administrative skillset.
