Your new role
The management of the office supplies inventory and places orders as needed.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain and organise files, records, and other important documents.Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff.Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with an office environment
