Duties/Responsibilities:
Payroll Duties:
Responsible for the full preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for approximately 200 employees on the VIP payroll system (salaries and wages), including compilation of hard copy payroll files.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience or more in Payroll performing all payroll functions.
- Excellent skills using VIP premier.
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Analytical and goal-oriented.
- Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
Computer Skills:
- MS Outlook
- MS Word (intermediate)
- MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- MS PowerPoint (basic)
