A renowned organisation specialising in learning and development solutions is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team in Cape Town for a period of 6 months .

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA) or CGMA .
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a strong grasp of IFRS.
- Proven experience in managing financial reporting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems like Power Bi or Qlikview is highly advantageous.
Salary:
- R900 000 - R1 080 000 / year CTC (highly dependent on experience)
