This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
Junior Hybrid Cloud Support Engineer
HPE makes Hybrid IT simple. HPE helps customers to design the right mix of Hybrid IT to serve their unique needs. We bring next-generation infrastructure that uses intelligent software to simplify and accelerate the delivery of new apps, services, and business insights. Providing customers with new ways to deliver and manage IT on-premises and in the cloud.
You will interact with high-profile industry clients on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year IT experience and exposure or an interest in cloud technologies (especially Azure and AWS).
DUTIES:
- Delivery of high-quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client base
- Responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, customer incidents, queries or complaints.
- Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of SME IT systems
- Hands on problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes
- Work on cases remotely via phone, email and Internet
- Hardware, software, desktop, network and infrastructure support
- Take ownership of incidents assigned and manage them through to resolution.
- Ability to work in a structured manner predominantly, and when required be reactive during major incidents
- Ensuring SLA’s are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.
- Application troubleshooting
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year experience providing IT Support in an enterprise environment
- 1 year experience working with Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Azure
- Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs advantageous but not a deal breaker
- ITIL foundation certification
- Fluent English
