Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 degrees of recruitment from start to finish. This includes:
- Sourcing and screening suitable candidates that match our client’s needs.
- Conducting interviews and building your candidate database.
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Highly motivated, professional, and client-driven.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and working under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
- Passion for recruitment.
Compensation:
We offer a basic salary negotiable based on recruitment experience, plus incentives/commission.
