ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is a rapidly expanding international consultancy that specializes in implementing business platform software for digital transformation solutions. They are seeking an HR Administrator to join their team and serve as the main point of contact for all employee-related matters. The role involves collaborating with the Human Resources and Recruitment team to assist with various tasks such as employee onboarding, performance management, training, development, and talent management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and be proficient in administrative duties. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department, requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for HR and Recruitment managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Prepare, maintain, and post job advertisements across various recruitment channels.
- Screen CV’s and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment department, managing email correspondence and inquiries.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs.
- Assist in organising HR-related events and company gatherings.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR and Recruitment processes by suggesting efficiency-enhancing measures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of three years' experience working in a professional environment, preferably in an administrative or HR-related role.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures is desirable.
- A formal qualification, such as an associate degree in Human Resources, would be advantageous.

- Confidentiality and Discretion : Demonstrates discretion and handles sensitive information with care and maturity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, coordinating schedules, facilitating meetings and providing administrative support to colleagues and line managers.
- Familiarity with Administrative Processes : Knowledge of filing systems, document management, and other administrative procedures.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Drive), and Zoom and Teams video conferencing.
