Job Title: Powder Coating Technician / Coating Machine Operator

The Role:
As a Powder Coating Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for applying a wide range of powder coatings to various parts, preparing them for shipping, and making sure every piece meets customer expectations. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team will help drive the success of our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts to and from the conveyor line.
- Mask and unmask parts following process guidelines.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Spray debris off parts and apply powder coatings per manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all work is produced in an environmentally controlled paint room.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
- Provide input for improving line efficiency and product quality.

- Previous experience in powder coating is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Basic computer skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Must have reliable transportation.
