Job Purpose:
We are seeking an ideal candidate who will be able to implement an effective sales-driven approach and hunt for new business that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and meeting the set sales targets.
Key Performance areas:
Responsible for, including but not limited to:
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions by being aware of market trends and competitors
- Promote the Companys products and services to prospective clients
- Sell Telkom products and services by achieve set targets
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets by generating leads
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Determining key business development KPIs
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction by fostering business relationships to increase revenue.
- Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and sales
- Monitoring and improve sales performance by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
- Educating team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness
- Willingness to start immediately
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma and/ Degree in Business Management/Admin or relevant Sales qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Exceptional leadership, Independence and project management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Organizational skills and Problem-solving skills
