Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support for Operations
- Oversee the client support inbox, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Process documentation submitted by clients prior to initial contact.
2. Client Interaction Management
- Manage incoming client calls and redirect as needed.
- Conduct initial and follow-up calls to clients applying for business funding.
3. Loan Application Support
- Verify application completeness and prepare required information, including business bank statement conversion.
- Follow up on outstanding documents (e.g., bank statements) needed for application processing.
4. Ad-hoc Duties
- Provide product, pricing, and loan term explanations.
- Guide clients on obtaining bank statements in the correct format.
- Organize client documents, create folders, and save bank statements.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.
