Job Title: Senior HR Officer

RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join their team in Boksburg within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR management is a plus.
