We continue to grow our revenue and client base, which is testament to our great technology-based research approaches and fantastic team of researchers. The past few years have been one of the most exciting periods for Verve as we have expanded our commercial proposition and grown our global footprint – now supporting 150+ staff remotely and across multiple global hubs in London, Manchester, Iasi, New York, Toronto, Sydney and Johannesburg.
We’re building a high performing research team to be fully integrated members of the account teams for our clients in Europe and North America, as well as working with our multi-national African client base as this grows.
The Centre of Research Excellence will bring on board local talent across all levels, and as part of this we’re looking for a Research Manager who is experienced in quantitative research methods and is looking to put in the time and effort to learn new skills and become a stronger researcher.
In turn, we’ll provide you with the opportunity to work on major global accounts including Samsung, DeBeers jewellers, H&M, John Lewis, Bacardi, Kraft Heinz, Shell and many others.

You will have…
- 4-6 years of full-service market research experience, particularly quantitative methods, gained within an agency environment.
- Enthusiasm for delivering great research, ambition to progress in an entrepreneurial environment and a passion to build client relationships.
- The experience to take client briefs and create compelling, commercial research proposals.
- The ability to shape and refine strong insight presentations and deliver them with impact to clients.
- Strong team ethic and a desire to help young researchers reach their potential.
- Experience working in an environment with a lot of pace, responsive to ever changing client needs, iterative working and juggling multiple responsibilities at once.
- A desire to grow and get involved in wider business decisions and participate in strategic developments in the company.
