Fleet Controller

A well established transport and logistics company based in Nelspruit has a vacancy for a Fleet Controller to start asap. Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be a definite advantage. The Fleet Controller will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring and ensuring that each vehicle reaches its production and diesel targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Currently residing in Nelspruit
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate
- Code B drivers license ESSENTIAL. Own vehicle ESSENTIAL
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English. A 3rd language a definite advantage
- Excellent relationship building skills coupled with solid communication skills
- Excellent organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure
- Time management skills
KPI's:
- Ensuring that production and diesel targets are met
- Monitor Fleet Management system
- Constant communication with drivers and team
- Submit documents and reports as per deadline
- Communicate vehicle maintenance issues
- Ensure that vehicle services are planned and scheduled
