A thriving, independent veterinary practice in Worcester is searching for a passionate and dedicated RVN to join a close-knit, supportive team. Purpose-built in 2014 with a recent extension (and another on the horizon), the practice has grown significantly to meet increasing demand, all while prioritising team wellbeing and work-life balance.
The practice is independently owned, with a commitment to quality veterinary care and a strong team ethos. With six consultation rooms, plans underway for a second extension to add an additional theatre and consulting rooms, and increased clinical space, the environment is purposefully designed to offer both professionals and patients the best experience possible. The practice runs at a fast pace, with each day bringing new cases and rewarding challenges. Importantly, a work-life balance is encouraged, with an on-call provider handling out-of-hours support.
About the Role: This opportunity is ideal for an RVN eager to expand their clinical skills in a dynamic and friendly team environment. The practice is open to discussing hours to find the right fit. With a strong emphasis on professional growth, this role includes running nurse clinics and opportunities to deepen clinical expertise.
Benefits:
• No OOH: Operating hours are 8am - 7pm, Monday to Friday, with an OOH service provider from 7pm onwards.
• No Full Weekends: Saturdays are from 8am - 12pm, and the practice remains closed on Sundays, ensuring a work-life balance.
• Dedicated Nurse Clinics: Ample space to develop and expand nurse clinics with a dedicated nurse consult room.
• Small, Close-Knit Team: A single-branch practice, providing a supportive environment for team members to grow and connect.
• Optional Overtime: Paid overtime is regularly available for those interested.
