A leading Pharmaceutical/Medical client based in the NG9 area are seeking an experienced
Quality Manager
Duties:
- Responsible for all quality concerns as they relate to sales and customer expectations.
- Oversees the investigation of excursions in manufacturing or other related operations action.
- Report the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions, testing analysis, KPIs), including the need for improvement.
- Effectively manage Supplier Management program ensuring key suppliers are evaluated through risk assessment, audits
- Develop and maintain Quality Control (QC) processes
Key Skills
- Based in UK but overseeing the quality in UK and LUX with possible travel to LUX.
- Strong knowledge of CAPA.
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 or 13485 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in auditing manufacturing processes, report writing and corrective action.
- Knowledge of risk management, validations, design controls, process development, monitoring, statistical controls, and root cause analysis.
- 5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing or Quality environment with Quality Management Systems standards and Regulatory Requirements.
