our client in the transport and logistics sector is looking for a qualified sales administration clerk
DUTIES:
1.track orders, process paperwork
2.maintain the customer database
3.check data accuracy in orders and invoices
4.ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
5.develop monthly sales reports
6.liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
REQUIREMENTS:
1.proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent
2. understanding of sales performance metrics
3.certification in marketing, sales or relevant field
4.hand on experience with CRM software and MS office (MS excel in particular)
