3.switchboard duties
4. answer emails
5.scheduling various meetings
6.perform basic bookkeeping tasks
7.maintaining a system for organising company documents and day to day admin /documents
8.purchase all the office suppliers and necessary equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
1.3-5 years' experience in an administration position
intermediates excel skills, Microsoft skills
2.proficient with pastel for invoicing purposes
3.administration or secretarial qualification or other related field
4.communication and interpersonal skills
