As the Sales Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for: Full-cycle sales role: prospect, outbound/cold-call potential merchants, pursue and execute through to closing new business sales opportunities for the payment gateway brand. Conduct detailed assessments of prospects, focusing on their international payment business needs and strategic priorities. Manage pipelines and provide forecasts to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded. Keep informed of product, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities and create new opportunities. Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence, foster a collaborative culture, and exceed sales targets. Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management . Requirements: 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales - hands-on experience selling payments technology and global payment methods is a strong plus. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas Excellent working knowledge of inbound & outbound practices, CRM technologies, and tools used in the sales cycle. Excellent working knowledge of Crypto on/off ramp, Foreign exchange and remittance, card acquiring, open banking, instant eft, mobile money, APMs - a strong plus. Experience in B2B sales in the following industries: Games of Skill, Games of Luck, Affiliate Marketing, CBD, Forex, Crypto, Pharma - a strong plus . A Hunter - Ability to prospect and drive new sales in a competitive payments technology landscape - a must Ability to thrive in a startup organization environment thats fast-evolving Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Self Starter - Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of Urgency, Ownership and Can-do-attitude. Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills Fluent English speaker (Additional European language(s) - advantageous)
